Folgendes Prozedere hilft in vielen Fällen, wenn der Player am Computer nicht mehr erkannt wird:

1. Low Level Format the mp3 player:
   1. Hold " mode" , then press " play " to enter into a setup menu.
   2. Chose Erase with Forward/Reverse button. Select by using the Mode button
   3. Confirm to format memory by selecting Yes and the press Mode button.
   4. Wait a while during format (about one minutes).
2. After format finished, connect mp3 player to computer with USB.
3. Copy than attached file "data.bin" to the mp3 player
4. Shut OFF the mp3 player (hold Play button)
5. Switch ON the mp3 player (hold Play button)
6. Dock the mp3 player to record new music
